The days are calculated based on orders received before 2 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)  are shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day. Extra cost paid for the Next Day, 2nd Day and Expedited Delivery(International) if any, will be reimbursed/refunded in the event of non delivery of promised time. Business days are calculated from Monday-Saturday.

All orders received before 2 PM(AEST Australian Eastern Standard Time) ) are shipped on the same day. Order received after 2 PM(BST) will be shipped on the next business day.  FREE STANDARD delivery apply to AUSTRALIA and below regions.

Offer FREE DELIVERY for STANDARD REGULAR DELIVERY (7-10 business days) TERMS  on all AUSTRALIA orders. There is no minimum spend so it's free for all items.   This term is applied for products which are in the process of replenishment so it would take some time to have the inventory moved from our warehouse to the distribution point. So there is a time process for this movement and hence the delivery time is slightly stretched  compared to STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS mentioned above.

We ship all over the word. Europe and North America are our priority international destinations.  Orders are delivered within in 4-14 business days. All orders received before 2 PM(AEST) are shipped on the same day. Order received after 2 PM(AEST) will be shipped on the next business day.
